Our client is a top tier international firm seeking to recruit a PSL to join their Finance team. The successful candidate can be based in any of the following offices: Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds.

Role:

• The finance practice is a large and varied global team working on a broad range of finance transactions including corporate lending and acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance, debt capital markets, social housing and education finance, asset-based lending, project finance, sustainable finance, Islamic finance and more
• The PDL team's work is extremely varied, comprised on a daily basis of both internally facing traditional PSL work (such as working on precedents, providing internal training, and guidance) and externally focused thought leadership, advice, training, and guidance. Clients come to the team directly as experts on technical legal issues, and to help them formalise their thinking on internal policies and panel firm requirement

Candidate profile:

• 5PQE+
• Previous PSL experience not required
• Previous experience in any finance sector would be welcome
• Full PSL training will be provided

Salary:

• £68,000 - £80,000
