The team provide expert and commercial advice in all areas of banking and finance work and support UK and international clients. Working closely with the Partner, you will act for both borrowers and lenders on a range of Scottish and cross-border transactions. You will also work with teams across various locations in the UK. The national team acts for clearing banks, specialist lenders and private equity owned businesses and collaborates closely with its other successful practice areas.

Ideally you will have some banking experience but candidates without a banking legal background, looking to specialise in this area will be considered.
