The firm now seeks to appoint a solicitor to join their successful banking & finance practice based in Manchester. Working in a friendly team and under a small team of partners, you'll be advising on a range of finance matters including acquisition finance, asset based lending transactions, secured lending work, real estate finance and general corporate banking. The team acts on behalf of a range of clients including major UK clearing banks, building societies, funds, investors and other financial institutions.

You will have gained experience working in another recognised banking & finance practice and you may already be based in Manchester or seeking a move to the region from London or another regional centre.
