Binding Authority Account Manager

Job description

As Binding Authority Account Manager for a leading global broking business you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a pro-active approach to ensure efficient handling of our client's needs, including preparation of documentation (i.e. binding authority slips, endorsements, presentations etc.)
  • Liaising with premium advocates to ensure all premiums are paid on time and organising chasing where appropriate
  • Liaising with Claims Advocates to ensure all claims are paid promptly
  • Preparation of statistics
  • Providing advice to clients and colleagues on the scope of coverage and assist them with the interpretation of clauses
  • Analysing client requirements to identify an appropriate scope of insurance coverage producing final documentation to confirm coverage to clients
  • Collecting and analysing relevant information and prepare market submissions and presentations for new business or renewals
