Are you a Senior Account Executive with leadership experience or a Branch Manager looking to take a step up into a Director level role?? This Branch Director position could be the position you are looking for to kick start your 2026.

This is a senior leadership position offering full responsibility for the performance, growth, and strategic direction of the branch, while managing a significant and high-quality commercial insurance book.

The successful candidate will provide strong, hands-on leadership to a small team of commercial account executives and handlers, ensuring outstanding client service, effective risk management, and sustained revenue growth. Alongside team leadership, the Branch Director will take ownership of a large commercial portfolio, focusing on retention, development, and new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with insurers and key stakeholders.

This role is suited to a proven commercial insurance leader with experience managing a substantial book of business and a demonstrable track record of leading and developing teams. You will be commercially driven, technically strong, and confident in your ability to influence performance, mentor colleagues, and represent the business locally.
