I'm working on a new role with an established benefits consultancy who're looking to recruit someone to set up and run an external business development division.

This is a huge opportunity for someone who sees the genuine potential in it, you'll have carte blanche to run with this as you see fit; a chance to create and shape an external business development division from the ground up, ability to put your own stamp on things and directly contribute to the firms growth objectives.

They've seen huge success in revenue from their existing client base, and are now looking increase the number of new clients to the business. This is a big investment, so they're keen to find someone with a proven track record in business development who has lots of ideas about how to generate new clients, what processes need to be in place, and what tools they need to invest in to ensure you're successful.
