We've been retained by a global insurance broker with a leading M&A insurance practice; they're looking to add a Business Development Lead to focus on building the Energy & Infrastructure side and take lead on the origination, marketing and relationship management aspects.

The team structure and procure transactional risk insurance(s) for buyers and sellers, the individual will take lead on building a channel where energy & infrastructure assets are the main focus - there is both an internal and external client development responsibility.

We're looking to speak with an individual well connected within the energy & infrastructure space (lawyers, investors, deal makers, etc) with appetite to pipeline opportunity and build a team.

This is a UK & European role with leadership responsibility, immediately inheriting and team of two BD professionals - you will also take lead on management & networking events such as black tie dinners and hosting events.
