Business Development Manager - SME

Job description

I'm working closely with a fantastic broker who're outperforming the market, to support them with their growth strategy over the next few years; whilst a proportion of growth will come via acquisition, recruiting top performing individuals who can help them to grow in new and existing markets remains a priority and your experience would be of interest to them.

They're looking for a BDM where you will utilise their general insurance business to develop relationships to drive referrals - this is a high-impact role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new SME-sized (up to 350 lives) clients by delivering tailored employee benefits solutions that drive workforce well-being, retention, and performance. You'll be the face of their consultancy; building relationships from the ground up, taking time to understand client needs, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase their value across Group Risk, Health-care, Well-being, Pensions and Technology.

The real selling point of this business is the culture and scope of opportunity as-well as the chance to be truly entrepreneurial. They continue to be the destination for top talent in the market and in my experience, it'd be hard to find a better combination of fantastic culture with global scope and ability to carve out your direction of travel.

If you thrive in a consultative sales environment, have experience gained in a broker with a wide product knowledge (Pension, Risk, Health, Flex) and have a passion for helping businesses enhance their employee experience, please apply now.
