Excellent opportunity for an experienced specialist charities lawyer to join the charities practice of this innovative and progressive Thames Valley firm.

Our client is considered one of the leading firms in the Thames Valley, with an excellent and long standing reputation in the Charities and Social Purpose sector. The firm is looking to appoint an experienced Charities solicitor, either at Legal Director or Partner level. In this key leadership role, you will bring strong technical experience and the ability to advise a growing and high profile client base which consists of major charities and not-for-profits on all matters relating to the formation, merger, governance and regulation of these organisations and their trustees. You'll also take responsibility for supervising an existing group of talented and successful charity lawyers. Previous management experience or an appetite to lead others would be beneficial.

The firm would be interested to speak to charity sector lawyers with at least 10 years experience and looking for a full or part-time role. You are likely to be a Partner already, or a Legal Director (or equivalent) looking for a similar role or a partnership opportunity.
