IDEX have been exclusively mandated to search for a COO to become an integral part of the senior team of a mid-sized specialty insurance business who are looking to revolutionize the US Re-insurance market

A significant and lucrative compensation package/deal on offer to attract a high calibre individual.

Operating at C-Suite level, you have a proven track record leading successful insurance teams, have a background in regulatory operations, strong accounting skills and hold high level re-insurance expertise.

This is a unique position which will encompass both COO and CFO duties meaning you'll be an integral part of the growth of this business, you'll streamline processes, spearhead the deployment of new insurance systems, whilst working in conjunction with the senior team to ensure company's financial goals, objectives and budgets are on track

As COO, you will be rewarded with a significant, lucrative package which includes strong bonus potential. Details on equity options to be discussed.

To be considered, you must operate within the Reinsurance arena and have a strong operations background at C-Suite level. We are able to consider individuals anywhere across the US, but have a preference to make an appointment on the East Coast (Florida up to New York / Boston)
