Claims Director

Job description

A well established and sizeable Lloyd's Insurance Broker based in London are looking for a Claims Director to join the team.

The Claims Director will be responsible for the overall management and claims strategy of the different claim's teams across the business.

You will focus on client advocacy and ensure that all claims are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner, and that the company continues to offer a first-class service both to internal and external parties.

The ideal candidate will have had experience working for an Insurance Broker and have a strong property and casualty background. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role as you will be an integral part to the business and sit on the leadership team. Previous experience integrating teams and strong market transformation skills are required to be successful in this role.

You will be rewarded with a six-figure salary plus good company benefits, along with a mix of home and office working.
