Job description

A rapidly growing Lloyd's Broker is looking to expand their team by hiring a new Claims Handler.

The main purpose of the role is to create and maintain files for a mix of claims; Marine, Cargo and Financial Lines.

You will liaise with different divisions ensuring that a first class service is provided. This business is in a real period of growth; therefore, this is an exciting time to join and create your own role which will evolve over time depending upon your capability.

The ideal candidate will have previous claims experience gained from a broker, and ideally have some Marine / Cargo experience. You must have expert written communication and interpersonal skills which will enable you to act, speak concisely and professionally with market officials along with your internal colleagues.

Hybrid working is available with a mix of both home and office work. You will be working in a tight knit team and a collaborative environment where people are valued and treated equally.
