Ideally they are looking for someone that can jump straight into the role! However there is scope to provide training if required. What is essential is you need to have worked in a similar role either in a legal litigation team or within an insurance company and have a sound knowledge on road traffic accident claims. Perfect candidate has prior experience managing a caseload of personal injury claims, but as mentioned it's not essential!
In return you will form part of a firm that is first and foremost very good at what they do. They also value the people that work for them, they understand that people should be paid at market rate for their work and experience, they believe people should have flexibility and autonomy whilst being supported to progress in their career and in their personal life. They operate a hybrid working policy and you can be based in their Glasgow or Edinburgh office.
