Job description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims professional to join their team. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and effectively, while providing excellent customer service to clients.


  • Manage and oversee the entire claims process, including filing, processing, and settlement of claims.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their claims are handled with care and professionalism.
  • Ensure that all claims are processed efficiently and effectively, meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Review and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our claims process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all claims are handled in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage and train a team of claims adjusters to ensure that they are equipped to handle claims effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the claims process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claims and related activities.


  • Previous experience in claims handling, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
