This role will support three experienced Investment Managers in a busy and rewarding office environment. The company has grown significantly through acquisition and is now focused on organic growth, offering a fantastic opportunity for career development.

About the Role:

  • Support three Investment Managers with administrative and client service tasks.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client communications and requests.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Assist with processing investment-related paperwork.
  • Provide exceptional service and ensure smooth client on-boarding and reviews.

What You'll Bring:

  • Some administrative experience - ideally within financial services or a client-facing industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • A proactive mindset and desire to learn and progress in a financial services career.


This role provides an excellent pathway into more senior administrative roles such as Investment Assistant, with structured training, an initial handover, and long-term career development support.

What's in It for You?


Salary & Working Hours:

  • £27,000 - £28,000 starting salary
  • Full-time, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Office based in Worcester
