Client Support Manager
Job description
A leading wealth management firm who are demonstrating growth across the UK, largely via acquisition, are hiring a Client Support Manager to join their busy offices in Harrogate.
The Client Support Manager vacancy will allow you to have managerial responsibility for 5 team members, with job responsibilities including;
- Building and maintaining a trusted and supportive leadership style
- Coach and develop team members, using performance reviews and 1-2-1's as a regular guide for team members
- Lead further recruitment into the division
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements are upheld
- Maintain and improve processes by identifying and addressing any inefficiencies
- Utilise relationships across the wider business
The successful applicant:
- Experience within a regulatory financial services environment
- Experience managing an administrative team and leading performance reviews
- Ideally achieved financial planning level 4 diploma
- Experience with Intelligent Office is beneficial
