You've built a steady book of clients as an Account Executive, but you see yourself more than just looking after clients. You like to coach, support and guide other Account Executives to become better at what they do.

You're a client focused 'Advisor', someone who is great at driving organic growth but is also technical enough to achieve a strong retention rate year on year.

This is why they have a unique financial model available for you to dictate how much you earn. From day 1, a salary anything from £40,000 - £80,000 will be on offer, but as your book increases you will have the opportunity to earn a certain percentage of your book value.
Why earn £50,000 as an Account Executive controlling a £300,000 account, when you could earn £70,000+ ?
