Due to an impending retirement, a leading National insurance Broker is looking for an Account Executive to join their collaborative friendly team in Kent. They are happy to give someone a small book (£100 -£150k income) as a starting point, but the real opportunity here is having the freedom to craft a book truly suited to you.
The team deal with a range of mid-market commercial insurance clients including Property Owners, Tech companies, Transportation and Logistics, Construction etc. They want new members of the team to focus on a community or industry area of their choice and build a plan for the first 3/ 6/ 12 months, with the full support of the management including the provision of sales training and industry insights. Quarterly commission is on offer for new business secured as well as an annual bonus, meaning you will see both short-term and long-time rewards.
A grounding in Property and Casualty insurance would be ideal for this role, along with client-facing experience and a track record of both winning and managing clients. Account Handlers looking to step up to an Account Executive will also be considered for this role, as the team have capacity to train and develop.
