We're looking for a Senior, hands-on Account Executive to inherit a book worth around £200k+ income, act as a trusted senior figure, and step onto a clear path to leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Account Management: Managing the businesses key accounts, including complex property cases (£5k-£250k premiums).
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Being a referral point, a problem fixer and guiding and coaching an extremely stable and capable team.
  • Collaborative Growth: Supporting the branch's overall growth target - achieved as a team.
  • Strategic Input: Playing a role in shaping the future of the branch.
