Role Overview: As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive insurance service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quotations for general commercial and package policies via various communication channels.
  • Placing insurance coverage as per client instructions.
  • Managing renewals, including inviting and confirming them with clients.
  • Handling mid-term adjustments.
  • Assisting with claim issues when necessary.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to meet clients' needs and contribute to our business objectives and growth.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Experience in commercial insurance, ideally within a broking environment.
  • Knowledge of general commercial and package insurance policies.
  • Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance importance.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proficiency in working with IT systems, with Acturis platform knowledge being a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Client-centric approach and a drive to succeed.
