Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a a portfolio of SME to mid-market/Corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive service.
  • Mentor junior members of the team
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate and secure competitive terms for clients.
  • Analyse insurance requirements and market conditions to provide insightful advice to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policies, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and emerging risks to anticipate client needs and provide proactive risk management solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Commercial Account Handler.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
