The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial clients
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day servicing
• Support new business activity (no individual sales targets)
• Work closely with a flat-structured, ego-free team that values collaboration

What We're Looking For:

• Insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)
• Cert CII qualified or working towards it (full support provided)
• A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy environment
• A team player who's eager to learn and contribute
