Commercial Associate (Digital/Tech)

Job description

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer with digital tech experience to join a growing, specialised team handling cutting edge work.

This highly regarded tier 1 team advises an enviable range of clients including FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies, public sector organisations and educational institutions whilst also working alongside the firm's US team on international transactions.

The role would see you immersed in challenging and high profile work from the outset, covering complex technology transactions, digital transformation projects, data protection and cyber security and the use of new technologies such as generative AI.

The ideal candidate for this role would have the following:

  • 4+ PQE

  • Experience in digital and tech commercial matters is essential

  • Excellent drafting and communication skills

  • Expertise in complex and high-profile IT, data and/or cybersecurity transactions would be beneficial
