Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join a growing specialised team within the wider commercial department of a tier 1, top 25 firm.
The team regularly represent an impressive range of clients from FTSE100 companies to educational institutions, as well as working alongside the firms US team on international transactions.
The role would see you advising on complex high profile technology transactions, digital transformation projects, data protection and cyber security and the use of new technologies such as generative AI.
The ideal candidate for this role would have the following:
4+ PQE
Experience in digital and tech commercial matters is essential
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Expertise in complex and high-profile transactions
