You'll be dealing with someone of the best known brands in the market on a much more consultative approach, and be there go-to person should they need advise.

To be fair, the list is pretty long but just for a quick overview, you'd be working with a leading name in the market who don't have a "this is the way we work" approach, but more of a "what can we learn from you" understanding. You'd have the knowledge that the book won't be under attack as the role has purely come about through retirement. And last but not least, a very attractive salary of up to £90k plus benefits.
