Due to continued growth, my top tier client, is looking to speak to Commercial Litigators (5 years PQE+) who have experience in a broad range of litigation matters. Ideally, you will have experience in insolvency and property litigation.

You will also deal with contractual disputes and debt recovery cases in the Sheriff Courts, Court of Session and Lands Tribunal.
