We're working in partnership with a Broker in the Manchester market who are keen to bring on board a Sales Director to their commercial/corporate team.

This role will sit within the senior management function and oversee a team of Development Executives and Account Executives. The role isn't about growing a book of business or for you to bring a book with you, it's focused driving sales through the coaching and development of the current team through implementation of strategy and placement.

You will be given the opportunity to mould a sales strategy within the commercial/corporate team and help shape the future of the company through a number of expansion hires.

It's rare that roles of this nature come up and especially with a Broker who can offer you so much growth and support.
