This well established international firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Solicitor with experience in the life sciences sector to join its thriving offering in Cambridge. This firm is very well known in the life sciences and publishing sectors, and so this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial solicitor and work with a fantastic client base.

The successful commercial solicitor will enjoy working with a client base which includes those at the cutting edge of scientific research. These clients will include SMEs, larger PLCs, multi-national enterprises as well as start-ups, research institutes, charities and spin outs - where you will effectively work as an in-house advisor to the client.

You will be:

• Ideally over 3 years PQE, up to Partner level
• Experienced in dealing with complex commercial agreements and providing IP advice to clients
• Ideally with experience in the life sciences and published sectors
