This Top 50 UK law firm is seeking to grow its 100+ strong Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at either Associate or Senior Associate level.

As part of this Tier 1 ranked commercial litigation team you will work on a range complex commercial litigation including:

• contractual disputes,
• corporate/shareholder disputes,
• professional negligence,
• fraud,
• insurance
• financial services/banking disputes.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Over 3 years PQE
• Experienced in dispute resolution, and have a full understanding of handling litigated matters
• Open minded when it comes to the focus of the disputes
