Job description
Our client, a leading regional firm seeks to appoint a commercial litigation solicitor to join their successful team based in an attractive part of Oxfordshire.
The team handles a mix of commercial litigation work on behalf of local, regional and national clients. The partners are now keen to appoint a talented solicitor to join the team to keep pace with increasing client demand.
The role would suit an NQ (qualified in 2023 or due to qualify in 2024) with at least one commercial litigation seat under your belt or a qualified litigation solicitor with ca 2 years PQE and looking for a better opportunity.
You'll be part of a dedicated team which handles broad ranging matters arising from all manner of commercial and civil disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, warranty disputes and indemnity issues as well professional negligence and property related litigation. You'll advise a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs and owner managed businesses as well as larger companies.
