What You'll Be Doing

  • Underwriting new commercial property business across a wide range of sectors and clients.
  • Developing strong broker relationships to drive pipeline growth.
  • Evaluating and pricing risks in line with appetite and underwriting authority.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and results.
  • Contributing to strategic decisions and regional growth planning.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience underwriting UK commercial property risks - new business focus is a plus.
  • A commercially-minded professional who enjoys building relationships and making deals happen.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • ACII qualified or working towards it (preferred but not essential).
