This forward thinking and highly rated law firm is looking for a talented Commercial Senior Associate to join their renowned practice based in Reading.
In this key role, you will focus primarily on complex commercial contracts work with IT/Technology and outsourcing agreements, software agreements and e-commerce as well as IP matters and data privacy work being routinely handled by this first-class team. The quality of the work is excellent and varied and the team is widely regarded as one of the leading lights when it comes to commercial work in the Thames Valley market.
Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading commercial and TMT practice with proven technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach. You will ideally have ca 3 years PQE although applications are welcomed from individuals with more or less experience than this provided they can demonstrate strong technical exposure.
