Commercial Senior /Principal Associate

Job description

Major national law firm is looking for a talented commercial senior associate with at least 5 years PQE to join their renowned practice based in Leeds.

In this key role, you will focus primarily on advising on complex commercial contracts, intellectual property, IT/Technology and Outsourcing agreements, software agreements and e-commerce as well as data protection work. The team advises an established roster of private and public sector clients operating across varied sectors such as retail, manufacturing, IT, pharma and logistics. The quality of the work is excellent and the team is widely regarded as one of the leading lights when it comes to commercial law in the market.

Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading commercial practice with proven technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach. You will ideally have at least 5 years PQE.
