Major national law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their growing commercial IT/IP practice.
In this key role, which would suit someone at Senior or Principal Associate or Legal Director level or equivalent, you will focus primarily on complex commercial contracts, covering IT/Technology and Outsourcing agreements, software agreements, e-commerce and data protection work for clients with UK and international interests. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team is widely regarded as one of the leading lights when it comes to commercial IT law in the market.
Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading commercial IT practice with proven technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach. You will ideally have at least 4 years PQE with a client led approach and an appetite to be involved in business and client development initiatives.
