Renowned for their Antitrust & Competition Group, this US Law firm, are seeking a 2-4 PQE Lawyer to join their London office.
As part of the role, you will advise leading companies and organisations on a broad spectrum of antitrust and competition law matters, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments and achieve their business goals. Responsibilities:
Advise clients on all aspects of EU/UK and non U.S anti trust and competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, cartel investigations, market dominance, abuse of dominance, and unfair competition
Represent clients before the European Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and other national competition authorities in merger control proceedings, investigations, and enforcement actions
Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including competition law compliance programs and settlements with competition authorities
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a leading antitrust/competition practice
In-depth understanding of EU and UK competition law principles, including merger control regulations, cartel investigations, and state aid rules
