Competition Lawyer 3-6 PQE

Renowned for their Antitrust & Competition Group, this US Law firm, are seeking a 2-4 PQE Lawyer to join their London office.

As part of the role, you will advise leading companies and organisations on a broad spectrum of antitrust and competition law matters, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments and achieve their business goals. Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on all aspects of EU/UK and non U.S anti trust and competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, cartel investigations, market dominance, abuse of dominance, and unfair competition

  • Represent clients before the European Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and other national competition authorities in merger control proceedings, investigations, and enforcement actions

  • Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including competition law compliance programs and settlements with competition authorities


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a leading antitrust/competition practice

  • In-depth understanding of EU and UK competition law principles, including merger control regulations, cartel investigations, and state aid rules
