Construction PI Broker

A well established Lloyd's Broker is seeking a PI Broker in the City to focus mainly on developing and placing wholesale Construction Professional Indemnity business.

The purpose of the role is to obtain and manage new business for Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers and Cyber, including broking risks to the Lloyd's and Company markets. This will entail visiting clients and wholesale Brokers when required to build relationships and obtain business. The book is mainly Construction PI so the successful candidate will provide technical expertise particularly for Design and Construct placements, as well as working across all relevant Professional Indemnity markets including emerging markets. Additional duties will include developing schemes and facilities and working on product development with senior management.

A proven track record in Professional Indemnity insurance is essential for this role, ideally gained in a wholesale broking capacity, though Underwriters may also be considered. Progress towards CII qualifications is highly desired, along with specific knowledge of Construction PI. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and successful team in this space.
