The Role:
As a Construction Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's construction practice forward. Leveraging your expertise in construction law, you will advise clients on a wide range of matters, including construction contracts, dispute resolution, and project finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex construction projects from inception to completion
Provide strategic advice to clients on construction-related issues
Negotiate and draft construction contracts, agreements, and other legal document
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
Mentor and support junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise
Requirements:
Currently operating at Partner or Legal Director level
No client following required
