Consultant Support

Job description

My client has a growing business and are looking for a Consultant Support/Trainee Paraplanner who are ambitious to step up and get involved in all the tasks and duties of this role. This role is for candidates who are hungry for progression and self-development with a good understanding of Financial Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Adviser Support
  • Processing all new business compliantly
  • Preparing Suitability Reports
  • Ensuring client files contain necessary information
  • Obtaining valuations and review documents on clients portfolio
  • Ensuring client reviews are up to date and documented
  • Requesting postal/faxed quotations
  • Letters of authority - dealing with providers to collate client information
  • Typing appointment and letters
  • Dealing with queries from clients, and referring them to the consultants if appropriate
  • Ensure all data input onto the back office system is accurate and complete
  • Offering help and assistance to other members of the Consultant Support team
  • Chasing providers for policy documents and commission payments


Skills:

  • Financial Admin experience/level 4 (not essential)
  • Good communications Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • IO experience desired
