This very successful private wealth team is seeking to appoint a contentious probate solicitor to join the team in Hampshire. This team is very well recognised for its private wealth team and so provides a fantastic opportunity for a contentious probate solicitor looking to work for an international firm.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in trust and estate litigation, including claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, will validity disputes, estate and trust administration disputes and estate co-ownership disputes.

You will be:

• Over 4 years PQE with experience in contentious probate
• Ideally experienced in dealing with complex and high value probate disputes
• Keen to join a growing team and get involved in business development
