We’re excited to be recruiting a Contract Guidewire Lead Business Analyst for a leading insurer based in London. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting technology and transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Guidewire solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Business Analysis within the insurance sector, specialising in Guidewire platforms, and be comfortable operating in a contract capacity within IR35 regulations. The client are ideally looking for someone to be on-site in the office once a week.
Key experience and knowledge needed;
Previous experience working as a Lead Business Analyst on a Guidewire implementation programme or similar PAS.
In-depth understanding of insurance processes and systems
Strong management experience and leading teams of Business Analysts
Experience in technology transformation projects
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
