About the Firm
A leading specialist firm with a strong reputation in the media, digital and creative industries, is seeking to expand its corporate team. The firm are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Corporate Associate (2-4 years' PQE).

About the Role
The role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate work, including M&A (buy- and sell-side), equity investments, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate governance and related advisory matters. The team acts for a diverse client base, including businesses in the media, digital and creative sectors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience, gained in private practice, with demonstrable involvement in corporate transactional work
  • Experience advising clients in the media, entertainment or creative sectors is desirable but not essential
