This is an exceptional role for a Commercial Account Executive who would like to get into corporate/global business but has never had the opportunity to.

A highly rated, national Insurance Brokers based in Milton Keynes have a brand new opportunity to join their team as a Corporate Account Executive

Significant account to inherit, earning worth up to £650,0000 in income. Approx. 12 clients for you to project manage/service. £40K - £45K average fees/commission, clients based within food & beverage, logistics, technology and IT amongst others.

There will be no expectation for you to bring clients across, this would suit if you are an advisor who has a consultative approach to how you work and service your clients.

A good first year would be for you to get all clients renewed, you are able to follow SLA agreements and you have driven organic growth dentified gaps in cover.

Your skills/strengths lie within client retention but you don't mind a little new business.

95% of your time will be spend nurturing and building relationships with your existing clients, but you will also have the opportunity to get involved in new business but more as a a team effort rather than have your own individual new business target.

You will work closely with your teams in-house to prospect, nurture and bring on 1 additional corporate client per year.

Based in Milton Keynes as an Account Executive, you'll have some of the best broking support in the market, a team of Account Handlers to support you through issuing documentation, sorting presentation and writing reports.

Global broking experience isn't essential for this role, the right attitude & desire is! We are looking to speak to advice-led, Commercial or Corporate Account Executives who would like to service fewer, but larger more complex clients.

The role itself is an excellent one, but it get's better. This firm have one of if not the best pension schemes in the market and you'll have the opportunity to put anything up to 16% into your pension. On offer is a salary up to £65,000 (Potentially higher for the right person), bonus, flexibility to work from home and subsidised parking on-site.

Based in the heart of Milton Keynes, you will have local access to a range of shops, restaurants and bars, a great hot spot to meet with clients or wind down with colleagues.

There is flexibility working from home but this will suit an individual based in the East Midlands, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire or Hertfordshire.
