Corporate Account Handler - London
£40,000 - £65,000 + benefits

A major insurance broking house is seeking an Account Handler within their corporate retail team in London. The company places a high importance on Diversity and Inclusion as well as ESG, investing heavily into both.

The team mainly focus on Property and Casualty insurance business with UK domiciled clients ranging from £25k to £200k income. Depending on the experience of the candidate, they will inherit a book of clients which reflects their capabilities. The role is both client and market facing so the successful candidate will be expected to build a strong relationship with the clients and also Underwriters. The team have admin and technical support, which frees up the Account Handler's time to focus on these relationships. The Account Handlers work closely with the Account Executives who ultimately manage the relationships, though the Account Handlers may take more ownership over time.

The business is open to applicants from regional, national and global insurance Brokers, providing they have solid experience with mid-market/ corporate clients (not SME). This role would ideally suit a Commercial Account Handler looking to work towards being an Account Executive, or a Junior Account Executive looking to deal with larger accounts.
