The corporate practice focuses on a number of areas including private equity, venture capital, IPO's, financings, structured finance and investments.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PQE dealing with complex corporate matters. Candidates will have a strong academic record along with experience gained in the environment of an international law firm.
