Our client has a leading reputation for corporate law and is home to a team which handles high quality transactional work including corporate M&A, private equity, equity capital markets and financing work on behalf of diverse clients including major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses with UK and international interests.
Due to increasing demand, the Partners are keen to appoint a Associate with a minimum of 3 years corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the North West from another region or London.
With at least 3 years PQE gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a background in corporate M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures and financing work.
