Based from Bristol (but working to a hybrid model which offers flexible working plans), you will be tasked with dealing with high profile mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture transactions and corporate matters on a UK and international platform.

You will be advising a range to clients from multi-national corporates and financial institutions, start ups, high net work individuals and investors.
