Firm:

• Regional Heavyweight
• Listed in The Times Best Law Firms 2023
• 1500 chargeable hours target

Role:

• Transactional M&A and general corporate matters; and/or
• Development and/or Real Estate Finance

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-7PQE
• Corporate experience gained at a reputable firm
• Experience of working on transactions in the private healthcare sector (transactional) would be beneficial but is not essential.

Salary/ Package:

• £61,000 - £70,000
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Flexible working arrangements
