Major firm seeks to appoint a talented corporate associate in Sheffield.
Home to a highly rated UK and international corporate practice, the team handles high quality corporate transactional work including high value corporate M&A, private equity and ECM work on behalf of blue chip clients including major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors.
Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint an associate with a minimum of 2 years corporate transactional experience. You'll enjoy building relationships with clients and involving yourself in initiatives to raise the profile of the team and service offering. This role would suit a corporate lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate from another centre or London.
With at least 2 years PQE gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of working on good sized corporate transactions. There is an excellent platform in this role to gain exposure to high value work including cross border work and international transactions across key industry sectors.
