Corporate Associate (ECM) 3-6 PQE
Job description
A leading international law firm are recruiting for a 3-5 PQE Corporate ECM lawyer to join their team in London.
In this role, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on equity capital markets (ECM) matters.
What you will do:
- Assist senior lawyers on a variety of ECM transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, rights offerings, and private placements.
- Advise on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures and debt/equity finance, across a range of sectors, in particular the energy and natural resources sector.
- Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional client service.
Your qualifications:
- 3-5 years of PQE experience in corporate law, with a focus on ECM transactions
- Experience working with international clients would be a strong asset.
