Corporate Associate - Venture Capital

A top tier national law firm are looking to hire an Associate into their corporate practice in London.

They are of the fastest growing firms in London who, despite their growth and evolution as a firm, have a fantastic culture and one of the highest staff retention rates in the UK.

They are Tier 1 ranked by Legal 500 in a number of practice areas, with corporate being a key area for the firm, recognized highly in the UK lower-mid market deal space.

The role itself is a general corporate position with a focus on private M&A and venture capital work. You will be working closely with leading corporate partners in cross-border M&A deals, working with clients from a range of sectors.

The firm love to promote from within and set out a clear track into becoming a senior associate which can lead into director and partnership level.

The ideal candidate would have over 12 months post qualification experience and have experience with private M&A and venture capital transactions.
